How to Trouble Shoot Sound Issues

If you are having trouble hearing the teacher or the teacher hearing you, then here are some things you can try.

​

1.  Make sure the volume is turned up. You can find the volume control by clicking the bar in the lower right corner of you Chromebook.

2.  Check that the volume is set to the appropriate location whether you are using the speakers in the Chromebook, or headphones.

Note:  Make sure to know if your headphones have a microphone.  If they do not have a microphone, the choose the internal microphone.
